As the co-Founder and CTO of Rally (www.rallynow.io), Scott is passionate about moving the world's legal information into computer interpretable formats - bringing about a new era of legal automation, efficiency and determinism. Previous to Rally, Scott ran a consulting firm called Redcliff (www.redcliff.co), implementing smart contracts and blockchain solutions for clients around the world. Scott served as the Director of Engineering at NOCLand, leading a team in the development of a cloud-based network management system. Scott's first foray into entrepreneurship was in founding a company to develop a new electronic instrument (www.munemusic.com). Scott received a B.Eng. In Computer Engineering from Memorial University in 2012.
