Sam joined HeyOrca as part of the customer experience team in June 2017, with a BA in Law & Society, and over ten years experience in the service industry. Turning frowns upside down is kind of her jam, and she’s a sucker for small wins. In her free time, you can find Sam spending time with her family, taking in some live music or reading a good book, and working on mastering the banjo.
