Jeff LeDrew is a highly motivated entrepreneur with a diverse background in engineering, business development and sales. His strong problem solving abilities, forward thinking and excellent relationship building skills have allowed him to excel in the local business scene.

In 2005, Jeff started Jumping Bean Coffee, as part of his charity work during a fundraiser for the Rotary Club. Since then, Jumping Bean has grown into a multi-million-dollar business, importing and roasting coffee at a plant in Mount Pearl, supplying independent and national retailers with whole beans and single serve pods, and running a system of corporate and franchise cafés. Jumping Bean continues to expand, operating on the philosophy that innovation and careful consideration can change the world.
